ict barriers in south african education
South Africa is facing a serious challenge regarding computer literacy in schools due to lack of equipment in rural schools.most children in rural schools are unable to use computers since they are not available in their schools, if they are ,they are no longer working because they took time to get serviced.schools were going to be a better place if computers were there since almost everything is being done electronically this days. computer illiteracy impact negatively in learners future because most job needs computer literacy.
